Watched this live here in Charleston

His full conference was a half-assed apology, followed by this attempt to leave after just minutes.

Bravo to Kallie Cart of Channel 8 for giving voice to the 300,000 here who want answers.

Folks here are livid that he was chugging down his bottled water for the camera while they wait for drinking water to be shipped in. It was a big F U to everyone watching.
