I guess they don't have any "meat and poultry" in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Utah and Washington. So they must buy what they need from that company with the moniker that brings to mind vistas of grass fields, electric fences, silos and tractors: "LJD Holdings, Inc., doing business as B and D Foods."
