though certainly there are people that actually care for patients most are in the industry for money and sociopaths are those that are interested in that kind of thing are attracted to positions of power & where their victim is less likelier to be believed. The most traumatic event I ever experienced where by medical professions (though it was a private security guard with his arm on my throat while the staff were standing around with their hands and my arms & legs. The worst part of it was the after though don't know why they were so afraid to cover up something I couldn't do anything about. Who is going to believe that? Don't matter to me though because this is where I found comfort in the truth. My favorite aspect of it doesn't change whether anyone knows it or not though they know the truth as well.
Most terrifying, unethical, and the manipulation was the worst part of it and couldn't escape there was no 'help me' button I could push. I noticed they were very nervous but couldn't figure out what they were afraid of as I couldn't see no easy way out of it. I told them that in fact and the one nurse said to the other outside the front of the room "I'm so glad he said that", "me too" quickly said something and came in and my only response was to do the opposite. Don't want to get into all that but some very disgraceful behavior though not many doctors, 2 at-best that I could count but all mostly nurses. There was a Psychiatrist that told me to "shut up" and threatened me to hold me in commitment when I began to mention the assault, before I could even begin to tell it.
FWIW, I'll never go to Banner Hospitals again or Desert Banner, even the other visits which lacked this sort of "treatment" was very substandard while Scottsdale Health Care was probably the best ever in terms of facilities, staff, menu, tv channels, etc and covered the bill if you provided necessary documents. Outside of that VA is the best care I ever received, like going to hospitals and not worry about costs and they give travel pay before I leave.
