17. we need help 12 years plus with Green Tree

Help..... Been dealing with Green tree for over 12 years. When you think they are done and all is good they start back. They usually just get mean until you see what they are doing and you call them on it, then it starts getting nasty.
This last mess we has was, we made a payment over a 2 week span, but it was paid BEFORE the due date. A couple day after the due date the calls started. When my wife talked with Judy at the KY office Judy just said "we can't take split payments". My wife explained that I had a really good check and wanted to get the money to them while we had it. Judy understand, or so she said. But cautioned my wife not to do it again.
Next day more calls and my wife talked with someone else well they were hateful as they could be. Told her we could not make the split payment. My wife asked if they wanted to mail the payments back and we would send it to them in one check. Of course they said no. Now they also stated we owe $100 according to our account. Now at this point me, my wife, my kids, my parents, my brother were all receiving foreclosure threats 4 or so times a day every day with no explanation of why. When my wife ask what it was for she said for late fees. Then my wife got out all the receipts from the past 15 months. They went thru all of them and we showed we only had 2 late fees of a total of $10 and showed where we paid them. Well the women now said she did not know where it came from. My wife said we would gladly pay it if they can show where we incurred it. The women told my wife she would get back with us on this issue and hung up. Well the calls kept on. We finally got hold of a new person she assured us the KY office was closed and Judy no longer worked for Green Tree. [We have in counter this BS good guy, bad guy routine before]. Well now we own $300 which had to be paid NOW in order to stop the foreclosure pending. This was Friday February 27, 2015. We of course paid it and she said this will take care of the situation. Now the full explanation was after we filled bankruptcy (over a year ago) they just now decided to tack on a $35 per month added charge to our payment, but never told us about. It was not on the billing statement we went thru all of them. The women acted surprised and acted upset that her company had acted in such an unprofessional manor. But we still owe $500 on top of the $300 we just paid for a total of $800 for their attorney and we are to remember to add the $35 every month. WTF? it really took over a year to decide to tell us we owe them? Yeah right. The truth is we caught them STEELING again and this was our punishment for not just saying yes mam and just sending them money. This is only 1 of over a hundred issues we have had. All the attorneys we talked to that did not run from us, laugh at us, or just tell us good luck, said we had a case the problem would be getting it to court and us being able to afford to stay in court long enough to win it.
Can't anyone help. Not just me but the 146 people in Logan and Todd County ky. We are all in it up to our necks with no way out. Everyone here that has had the misfortune to have felt with Green Tree whether the we're perfect on payment or not have very similar stories to ours. HELP, HELP, HELP...........
