71. I listened to both transcripts of his and Amanda Berry's 911 calls.

In both cases, I thought that the operators were very curt with them - to the point of being downright rude. If they can't handle talking to emotional people, they should quit their jobs and let better qualified people take their place.

Cleveland PD sounds like it's a swamp of incompetence.
