2) "Anonymous" seems be just a label that anybody can use on any given day they plan to do some illegal shit. I just assume that "Anonymous" is mostly the FBI.

3) Things like this probably going to be used as an excuse to allow the government even more authority to read all your emails. Which they are already doing anyway, but hey they could always use an extra justification to legalize the illegal stuff they are already doing.
