21. Well, have you lived there? I did, for most of my life!

I also worked for Bell there and here in California; I'm very familiar with the differences in the infrastructure of the phone systems in both places, which few people are. Californians are used to the phones going out when it rains due to neglected conduit by PacBell; SWB did things differently in their region.

If you wish to take offense that I know something you don't, well, your choice; but that wasn't my intent.
