Not at all like it use to be. I can't expect to find much news here unless it's about guns or politics or gun politics or the politics about guns. Not much else to read about here anymore. Many of the good bloggers have left or seldom post. I expect more will be devoting a better portion of their time on other sites. I'm not getting all the news I want to read here ...not even a 1/4 of it. While their may be some bias on other sites it certainly is not as bad as it is here right now. Someone needs to change what's going on here. The rules are not being followed and it's a free for all. The jury system is a joke right now. I'll give you one example and that's it. Try to post here in GD and look at the "Forum purpose:" description. Yea you may be noting the irony of this post as it may be deemed as being "whining about DU". I won't apologize for wanting DU to be better. Right now DU is what you make it for the most part. It's no longer a big tent. The balance has diminished. The far left, progressives, anti war, anti corrupt government, global human rights, people with a world view, ect are marginalized. Good luck with that. Ya know ...in a divorce it's never all one persons fault and with that in mind there are good Republicans and good Naderites and Greenies. What? Do you think Democrats are flawless? We are suppose to discuss issues not attack anyone and everyone you don't agree with. I expect a bombardment of insults in return for this post and that reflects what this site has become ....just another school play ground where the bullies, jocks, cheerleaders and clicks rule and the more important news gets lost within the bucket of rants and rages and worship of the stars and royalty.

That's right and irony doesn't escape me ...this is a rant.
