This was a video the City of Houston released to teach people to respond to an "active shooter" in the workplace. It was produced with federal grants and was released in August.
Notice how quickly the gunman takes out the (armed) security guard. First one he goes for.
Notice that fighting back was considered the action of last resort. First and second resorts were to run (get outside) or hide. Fighting should only be considered a last resort.
