What makes you think the cops are going to be any kinder to an "in out back again" series of protests than a single long protest. They've already proven they'll brutalize protesters from certain groups based on ideology alone regardless of how long they're there.

That's not the point anyway. The point is turning over full responsibility for one's security to a group who has proven themselves to be discriminatory and antagonistic to civil rights. That's the irony.

And before the strawman builder arrives, no, I am not suggesting OWS arm itself.
