All of us are excercised over the massacre in Connecticut, rightly so. But human nature is what it is, and the human mind wants to get away from tragic thoughts asap. With Christmas next week, then New Years plus the Fiscal Cliff on the front page we will be distracted enough so that, by January it'll be business as usual.
