As we all know, the United Nations is on American soil and received a lot of money from the United States. So in theory, there's nothing stopping the U.S. from saying "no land and no money till we get our way on this"...And why not? The U.N. position on cannabis is undemocratic and immoral. Moreover, it should be insulting to all freedom-loving people and all supporters of democracy that drug policy is being held hostage by unelected, unaccountable bureaucratic.
