Sen. Collins has just met with Rice and has come up with new complaints about her role in the UN pertaining to UN embassy in Africa.
Also, misc. issues needing further investigation.
Looks like full on battle against Rice.
I don't understand it.

I don't understand it, except curious that many Republicans openly offering their approval of Kerry. Seems very anxious to get another Rep. Senate seat in Mass.
