For individual owners, it's more difficult. Try asking an employee.
Also check websites.

The problem is, once you discover the owner(s), how will you find out their political sentiments?

One way would be to look at online political contribution lists, which are public.

And in my area, some businesses put up political signs during election seasons.

But post-Citizens United, there is a lot of hidden money in the game.
