The brand name will be part of the deal. Whatever conglomerate buys them will probably keep the name "Hostess", just like Kraft did when they bought out the National Biscuit Company, the original owners of the "Nabisco" brand, as well as Oscar Mayer, Maxwell House, Planters... And, just like Unilever did when they bought out Ben and Jerry's.
