And Republicans Democrats will say, 'No, that's going to cost a trillion dollars,' and the Democrats Rethuglicans will say, 'That's fine, you know, we'll we won't pay for it since we didn't pay for the last two wars because they are all off budget, and although they contribute to the deficit and debt, we must maintain 'American Exceptionalism' and Peace through Strength'..'"

Yes, that's how it is in Europe, too. No cosmetic dentistry is included - like braces or whitening.

I know sometimes it's needed, and of course there are exemptions which are then covered
