I think the breach has gone both ways. I certainly have not signed up to follow that woman. Any others out there?

I think I've gotten stuff from her, though not that particular one.

(15,739 posts)are the same and those are the only places I used it. I don't think DU sells them (I did when I got the HRC email though), I don't think ActBlue does. So I guess BernieSanders.com sold my address to HRC. A real stupid move on their part though.

(19,326 posts)Josh's "breach" was just enough to raise a kerfuffle about. Hillary's breach appears to have been
much more extensive, based on all these reports re: Berners suddenly getting barraged by Hillary
material.

I'm sure you'll agree:
Love a dog and he thinks you're a god
Love a cat and he knows he's a god
Love a macaw and she will demand daily sacrifices.

For example, I get emails from out of state dem politicians I have never signed up for. If they become too much, I just unsubscribe.

(14,691 posts)I think they got my address from AARP and the campaign assumes I'm too old to have email.

(14,177 posts)Everyone that supports Bernie should do this. I think it would be fun to ask her about the IWR, how many children are homeless now because of the policies she advocated via welfare reform, and wtf did she mean when she told BLM activists "then I will talk only to white people about how we are going to deal with the very real problems, ... It could get interesting.

Seems to me that the Hillary campaign is trying to bum up her numbers. Seriously $1?
"Kim --
With just three days left in 2015, we've had a very good year -- but we also have to face the very real possibility that we could be outraised by our Democratic challenger this quarter.
Weve set an ambitious goal of raising $2 million online this week to close the gap, but unless more people step up, were not going to reach that goal. Kim, can you help us get there by chipping in $1 right now?
Im grateful that youre part of this team, and I cant tell you how much it means to know I can count on you during the toughest moments of this campaign. With the Iowa caucus just four weeks away and our biggest fundraising deadline yet bearing down, this is one of those moments.
Step up now with a contribution of $1, and help us be ready for 2016"

(3,919 posts)and there in my feed was an invitation to dinner with hillary. i tried to delete the offensive post. fb indicated the post was sponsored by the hillary campaign because she is reaching out to women in my age group in my state and there was no delete option. took me 2 days to figure out a way to get rid of it.
seriously, why does she feel she has the right to ram her way into the white house trampling over my right to free choice of what i want to see on my fb page?
respect people's boundaries, hillary! respect!

(20,453 posts)These people have no shame. It's astro-turf and I don't believe in coincidences. I told them so, too, but it only produced another astro-turf mail that thanked me for joining. That's how out of touch they are without a moral compass to guide a cogent thought for who they send these mails to.
On the other hand, when I reach out to answer any Bernie Sanders event or request for donation, I get a real human being on the help desk.
One of many differences noticeable.
I wouldn't give the HRC or DNC the time of day, yet, you'd think I was on their team by the astro-turf mail.
