What's for Dinner, Wed., April 20, 2016

The RG is cooking, so I'm not sure.

The food show goodies have stuffed the refrig. There is everything under the sun in there. Three quarts of heavy cream (yum, oh yum yum yum), all kinds of herbs, cooked pasta, about half a dozen sauces. Chicken breasts, you name it.

However, I don't think he's hungry for any of it, after preparing all of it.

On another topic, one of our regular dinner posters has decided to leave the forum. You may or may not have seen his post in the lounge. Erich hasn't been posting here as of late, but he sometimes was on/off, and I'd always figured he'd be back. He'd remarked how he was working a lot more as of late. I posted to him that I hoped he would reconsider. If you feel the same, touch base in The Lounge.

... under the broiler for a little char. With braised cabbage, apple, and onion. And probably home fries, too.

(Thought about latkes, but as the day wears on I'm getting more lazy. )
