There is plenty of other evidence from whistle blowers and various newspaper articles that the NSA Director was lying.
E.G. William Binney and Thomas Drake - as well as the claims of Edward Snowden.

(62,325 posts)now. He demanded an investigation into HB Gary's practices where the emails leaked by Anonymous showed they were writing contracts maybe with help from the FBI btw, part of which including 'smearing liberal bloggers like Glenn Greenwald'.
I don't know what happened to that investigation but I am glad to see some of our Democrats like Wyden and Grayson and Udall among others standing up to these abuses.
Thanks for the OP. Maybe we will finally get rid of these Bush policies now that they are being exposed thanks so the courageous whistle blowers, like Drake, Binney, Manning, and now Snowden.

This country is becoming a banana republic. Elites get away with everything, only the 99% are subject to the law.

(32,017 posts)He's occasionally been accused of not being the sharpest crayon in the box, but who cares? I like the way he votes, and he's much better than the R Congressmen that my state has, tragically, installed in the House.
