13. She also said that Democrats agreed to 78% of the cuts demanded by Republicans.

I'd like to know what those cuts are.

She knows.

The Republican leaders know.

We're in the dark.

6. Screw the shame tactic, they have never been shamed into anything
Try using the truth about their true intentions instead.

10. I agree
Republicans are basically shameless. The only time you see a Republican get really exercised about criticism is if you couch it in real-world terms, which is why making the discussion about abortion is fruitless. But when you say it's about women's health and that a failure to fund women's health services means that women are going to die, you suddenly get the full benefit of the Republicans' attention.

Unfortunately, in the face of ersatz Republican dudgeon, too many Democrats fold and offer some wimpy apology. I'd greatly prefer to see a response along the lines of, "You're upset? Really? Then what do you think is going to be the natural and predictable consequence of denying health care to women? Do you think they're going to thrive and be healthier than ever? Because it seems pretty obvious to me that more women will die of treatable conditions if they can't see a doctor."

21. Tell the voters the truth
Its really that simple.

Tell them in honest terms the results the conservatives really want, the kind of country they are trying to engineer, so that you can get across to them why fighting the GOP is so important.

I would have thought that with so many people respecting Bernie Sanders for his straight forward way of telling the truth our party leaders might realize that thats what the voters want, but apparently they cant change their ways after decades of couching things to give themselves a way to deny what they said.

18. I don't think you get what I'm saying. Let me put it this way:
Saying that republicans WANT to kill you sounds over the top. Saying that they don't care, frames it well.

11. At least Ebenezer Scrooge saw the error of his way, repented, and tried to make
amends for the ills he caused until he died.

Can you see any of these corporate owned ever having such an epiphany?

Here's my answer to that question

 :spray:

7. She had a very good segment on the numbers & Title X funding
Planned Parenthood only receives 25% of the Title X funds

The republicans rider is to eliminate ALL Title X funding (healthcare centers), they are just scapegoating PP

Republicans hate women

14. Yup, they are trying to make PP a bogeyman, but it's ALL Title X funds.....
which includes clinics, hospitals, community health centers, university health centers and public and private nonprofit agencies including Planned Parenthood

It's just easier (and more palatable to the public, they think) to scapegoat PP because they are the "face" of lower income or uninsured women (i.e, slutty welfare queens)
