Wisconsin Rep. Vos - State Chair for ALEC!
by Progressive Patriot

Wisconsin Assembly. Rep. Robin Vos is co-chair of the Wisconsin budget-writing Joint Finance Committee with Senator Alberta Darling. Coincidentally, Rep. Robin J. Vos is also the Wisconsin State Chair for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). ALEC's published pdf, called, "State Budget Repair Reform Toolkit," seems to be the playbook for the Republican's Governor's legislation to dismantle the middle class. Here is the link to the toolkit. http://www.alec.org/am/pdf/tax/Budget_toolkit.pdf

Many of the tools/topics listed in the, "State Budget Repair Reform Toolkit," match the items found on Gov. Walker's Budget Reform Bill.

-snip-

Our national treasure Ben Masel added that even more significant is the Assembly's Majority leader, Scott Suder, who at various times has served as Chair of ALEC's Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Subcommittees.

Time to add Wisconsin Representatives Robin Vos and Scott Suder to the recall list.

1. I got nothing against recalling them, but
you can't recall any Assemblycritters until next year because they all just got elected to 2-year terms, at which point it hardly seems worth the bother. 4-year Senators are a different story.
