If you're not committed enough to get arrested for this, you're not committed enough.

Now that's a generalization of course. Folks with health problems, caretakers, sensitive jobs, etc. might not need to be arrested, but for everybody else, it's time to up the ante. Make them arrest you and ask for a jury trial.
