but - I can see how Anonymous can harm BoA or a huge company (or even a small one) that uses the net for business...what is the Phelps' Family presence on the internet that Anonymous can take down? Do they have some website that sells things or something? Not defending them, and they are vile, but I was sort of wondering what they are going to do to them.

Anonymous released a statement stating that they were low on their list. They also said for their members to ignore them-WBC will harvest their info and then sue them.

...that WBC isn't some satirical organization. They are all lawyers and sue the pants of off everyone that breathes, clearly aren't Christians, and started their own religion.

Of course they hope to get media play from a supposed attack by Anonymous, but the truth is, WBC is only as relevant as people make them. Anonymous pretty much told them that, so they can stick that in their pipes and smoke it.
