1. I love all the smiles and exuberance - and the chicken held high in the air!

Some guy was holding a chicken up. Somebody else was holding their puppy up. Little girl up on her (assumed) father's shoulders. Lots of jubilation, dancing, cheering, making "V" for victory signs - and no violence! Victory with no violence. That's the best part.

12. I found a photog/protester I really like - Sarah Carr (half Egyptian)

I first found her tweets @Sarahcarr and she happened to tweet a link to her Flickr account, and I saw her slideshow which was fascinating. There was just something about her shots, they make you feel like you're there on the ground.
