Romney: Gene Hackman should play him in a movie
Mitt's a Snooki fan. Who woulda thunk? A really stupid interview with the Rmoneys. But, as usual, the comments are the best part. Good for a Friday afternoon chuckle or two.

NEW YORK (AP) — Who would Mitt Romney like to see play him in a movie? (Gene Hackman)

What's Romney's guilty pleasure (peanut butter sandwiches and chocolate milk).

And what exactly, does the Republican presidential hopeful wear to bed?

"Really? Really?" Romney said during an interview taped Friday on ABC's "Live! With Kelly and Michael." ''I think the best answer is as little as possible."

Romney held hands with his wife, Ann, during a lighthearted interview that delved into topics rarely found on the Sunday talkshow circuit and gave the Republican nominee a chance to show his knowledge of pop culture. Like whether he knew much about MTV's "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

"I'm kind of a Snooki fan," Romney confessed. "Look how tiny's she's gotten. She's lost weight. She's energetic. Just her spark-plug personality is kind of fun."

1. If Mormons can't have coffee or tea, why can they have chocolate?
Chocolate contains caffeine, doesn't it?t

I don't watch Jersey Shore. I can't even stand it when another show I am watching shows clips from Jersey Shore.

If I did watch Jersey Shore, and I were running for President, I would not admit I watched it.

2. yeah, I sure wouldn't admit it, but that's the point, mittens doesn't know what he's admitting to!
other than for the fact he's being told "the young people like the show", he doesn't know what he's saying... can he hear? LOL... I just wonder sometimes, because if he could, I wouldn't think he'd say 90% of the crap he does...

Get it now, or one of a million other designs!

3. In 2008, Snooki said she was voting for McCain because she did not think he would
tax using tanning salons. I guess that endeared her to Republicans.

Cause. ya know, she's got great morals, family values, etc. and who can argue with her artificial tanning values?

4. Does the Book Of Mormon specifically
forbid coffee and tea? If so, they are dead to me-dead!

5. I'vve never read it. I just know Mormons are not supposed to have either one.
I had assumed that was because of caffeine. Yet Mitt admits publicly to drinking hot chocolate.

6. They be dead then...
Here's the part of their book that references it:

5 That inasmuch as any man adrinketh bwine or strong drink among you, behold it is not good, neither meet in the sight of your Father, only in assembling yourselves together to offer up your sacraments before him.

6 And, behold, this should be wine, yea, apure wine of the grape of the vine, of your own make.

7 And, again, astrong drinks are not for the belly, but for the washing of your bodies.

8 And again, tobacco is not for the abody, neither for the belly, and is not good for man, but is an herb for bruises and all sick cattle, to be used with judgment and skill.

9 And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly.

Whether or not coffee and tea are frowned upon because they are considered "strong drinks" or "hot drinks", we'll need to ask Mitt...he'll tell us the truth.

7. Thank you. Very interesting. Wonder where warm milk falls, or iced coffee or tea?
Being a Mormon would put Sheldon, of the Big Bang Theory, at a disadvantage. Offering someone in distress a hot beverage is the only social skill he seems able to have grasped.

Funny how it was a religious duty to make some thirteen year old girl your seventh wife, but having a hot beverage on a cold day was a sin.

Well, at least they were right about avoiding tobacco, though I don't know about the herbal bit.

I still don't understand how Mitt gets to have cocoa?

Maybe that privilege is reserved for Mormon bishops and that's why he became one?

So many questions, so little time.

8. Gene Hackman? He's 82, a stellar actor and looks and acts human--no resemblance whatever.
How about a generic figure from the wax museum?

Department store mannequin?

Malibu Ken?
