Republicans push to allow robocalls to cell phones
A bill being considered by the House Energy and Commerce Committee would end 20 years of consumer protection preventing marketers from endlessly calling your cell phone--and using up minutes that you pay for.

And I really don't think they hate Big Government provided it interferes with personal choice and civil liberties...

I'd bet my last penny that their cell phones will somehow be exempt from this legislation.
