1. It's about time!
I hope he gets life in prison with no chance for parole.

10. Too bad for him, he doesn't have a good lawyer.
The guy is a nut and has already allowed his client to go on national TV and act guilty as hell- TWICE!

14. I know. And when he IS convicted, he'll just be sent to some club med for the wealthy.
No State Prison for someone like Sandusky. Just watch.

16. Unsecured bail from a judge that was less than impartial
I suspect the DA has been building the case and plans to make an end run around the crony judge.

5. I am happy for his victims
Not that this will make his victims feel any better but at least they won't have to run into him on the street.

9. I wonder if it has anything to do with this up on piersmorgan an hour ago?
http://piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2011/12/07/need-to-know-news-nation-pauses-to-remember-pearl-harbor-new-sandusky-accuser-steps-forward/?hpt=pm_bn1

• New Sandusky accuser steps forward: "A 19-year-old man stepped forward with claims that Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky gave him whiskey and sexually abused him in 2004, the accuser's attorney said. The man said Sandusky abused him during a single incident at the university's football building, according to attorney Chuck Schmidt of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania."

11. He should have offed himself when he had the chance
His stay in prison will be short and brutish, unless he's permanently ensconced in the SHU. More shame will be heaped upon his family during the trial.

What a pathetic excuse for a human being. I begrudge the resources used to incarcerate him.

12. I hope, this time, he remains in custody until his hearing...
and, barring that, he is kept under house arrest with an ankle bracelet for tracking him.

15. Here's a link to the AG's press release
http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/press.aspx?id=6343

These are victims 9 and 10, and there is a good chance the numbers will continue to grow.

17. There's so much evidence against him they should throw away the key at this point.
The 100 counts... new victims... His choice of attorney.., he needs to be permanently removed from society.

18. One of the new accusers was 12 at the time of alleged abuse.
(CNN) -- A 19-year-old man stepped forward with claims that Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky gave him whiskey and sexually abused him in 2004, the accuser's attorney said.

"He thought he was the only person this had ever happened to and when he found out there were others, that gave him enough courage to come forward," Schmidt said.

The man now identified as Victim 10 also claimed that Sandusky molested him in a Penn State campus swimming pool and exposed himself and asked for oral sex during a car ride.
