4. Where is it based, that it is broadcasting at 530 kHz?
Canada? Only thing I can hear on 530 AM is Radio Enciclopedia, with its odd beautiful music format.

7. Jersey....is a single station on airwaves plus internet (Prog Undr Radio is just one station)
Not yet a new AAR...I wonder if they hope to expand?

Income...wiki at "PPP" list, per person worldwide about $11,000. So a six member family anywhere shd live at about the current level of our middle class. Poverty is unnecessary. Even in bangladesh, haiti, etc.
