I would suggest to all OWSers that they use the Powell doctrine which states that when necessary and available, to use overwhelming force....

What do I mean by using "overwhelming force". I mean that when any event, political or otherwise that needs or screams to be attended by the 99ers, that event should be attended by as great a number or as many 99ers as possible. A 99ers person with the most knowledge about that event should be elected to begin speaking for general assembly.
