Video Shows Woman Tased by Officer, Claims Police Brutality

Chelsea Garrett, 23, bounced off a median wall and hit a vehicle in Akron and then left the scene of the accident and then almost swiped a Stow cruiser Nov. 5.

After the Stow officer pulled Garrett over on Graham Road, she got out of her car and was eventually tased — as seen in the dashcam video uploaded to this post.

She was charged with reckless operation, a minor-misdemeanor.

"The only comment I can make at this time is that the Use of Force Committee is reviewing the incident," said Stow Police Chief Louis Dirker.

The 90-pound woman told Fox 8 she is a diabetic and took some over-the-counter cold medicines which made her in "a delirious state" during the incident earlier this month.

the assault on a deaf bicyclist who didn't stop because he didn't hear the order, and the handcuffing of a four-year-old for taking dried fruit from a grocery store shelf.

And that is not even to mention the deliberate, coordinated assaults on peaceful Americans exercising their right to protest.

We need a serious retraining of our "defenders" and "protectors."
