It's his opinion, not "the government's."

If some other Representative said something supportive, you'd be saying "the government" was supportive. At least you would if you were consistent.

allegedly all powerful President might have a different opinion.

It would be somewhat relevant if it were the Sec. of HS that were talking.

One Congressman cannot represent "government policy."

26. Well, he speaks for the way the movement has been treated
with zero condemnation from the Government. So, even without his opinion, I think we all know by now how the Government views any threat to Wall Street.
