The ACLU is a great group. I've been a member since 1976.

But the NLG is the group that you should contribute to right now to assist their work with the OWS group. Whenever the cops are dragging people off the street and subjecting them to violence and unlawful imprisonment, the NLG will be there to get them out and work through the bureaucratic legal process.
