Student activists are planning to set up an "Occupy Cal" camp on campus despite official warnings that such encampments are not allowed. 1. These days, you have to practically be FROM the 1% in order to attend a UC.
The cost of higher education, JC, state and especially UCs, has been attainable by fewer and fewer and fewer people.
