Suspect says pair were going to Sacramento to 'kill Jews'

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A woman suspected in four killings in the Pacific Northwest says she and her boyfriend were on their way to Sacramento, Calif., to "kill more Jews" when they were arrested.

That quote is in an affidavit from a Washington state prosecutor giving details about the crime spree that David "Joey" Pedersen and Holly Grigsby are suspected of conducting.

The affidavit dated Monday says Grigsby told investigators the pair killed Cody Myers of Lafayette, Ore., because his last name appeared to be Jewish. Myers was a devout Christian.

They each are wanted on warrants for aggravated murder in Washington after authorities there discovered the bodies of Pedersen's father, who had been shot, and stepmother, who had her throat slit.
