Is there a list somewhere of the 10 worst high schools in America?

Just asking. There are so often lists that come out of the best high schools in America.

1. If you're Arne Duncan, you think the "Worst schools" list includes

EVERY school where teachers are unionized and can't be fired on a whim.

2. There was such a list published a year or two ago...

The worst schools in the country were schools in depressed urban areas, mostly in the rust belt, and included 2 in Chicago and IIRC 2 in Milwaukee one of which was a Catholic school.

Of course these ratings are out there...the charter movement is chomping at the bit to identify them.
