"JPMorgan boss rips Mark Carney over financial regulation. ‏Jamie Dimon launches a tirade at Bank of Canada Governmor during a meeting in front of more than two dozen bankers and finance officials..."

(Mark Carney is the Governor of the Bank of Canada).

Canada did not to have a banking crisis. When I go to the link they say the link is broken.

I'll try to suss out more.

Enjoying the comments also. One commentator stated that Paul Martin, was responsible for current Canadian banking regulations and that Harper was working on deregulating Canadian banks when the 2008 financial crisis happened.
