2. Part of their game is to treat Obama with disrespect or at best
as an equal so that he appears less "presidential" and doesn't appear to command respect or authority.

They would know that everyone would know that they are acting like hatefully petty RepubliCons.

And RepubliCons like to keep their real nature OCCULT. If they have to bring their real nature out into the Bright Light of Day, they will go AWOL in accord with their Core Chickenhawk Nature, and take the Quisling Way. As usual.

3. Was Boner planning on debating? AFAIK, there are only two
sitting members of the legislature debating: Bachmann and Paul. They should skip the joint session and go on with their debate. But the other members, including the orange man, have no excuse to insult their president. I don't think Boner will chance it. Jobs, jobs, jobs, remember?
