Is anyone else having trouble withe the DU mail system?

Sorry if I missed a post. I just got home and tried to reply. I got a forbidden I don't have access to this server message on a direct reply and through the system reply.

7. I think there were probems today
Most of the day the site was bare bones in appearance for me like when we go to defcon 2. It is fine now however.
