Obama apologizes to Tea Party Voters

Obama in a written statement said.

To all the Tea Party voters I am sorry.

I am sorry I am a Democrat and my father was black and my mother was white.

I know this very scenario upsets you to the core.

No matter what I do or say can ever make you get over this.


If I abolished taxes, and government

If I put "Jesus back in school"

If I deported all illegal immigrants

If I put blacks (including myself) along with other minorities "back in their place"

If I bombed every arab country into submission and let Israel run the Middle East.


No matter what I do or say will ever erase the fact that you hate me.

A child of a black man and a white woman is as you all put it is an Obamanation!


So I say to all of you go F#$% yourself!

Get used to it!

If only he actually had this attitude and expressed some of it, albeit in a more politically/socially correct way. Instead he keeps trying to make them like him in ways that are hurting this country and its people.

6. Obama is NOT trying to win over the 'teaparty'.

I think you have tea-'party' confused with the republicans in Congress (House/Senate) that he has to work with in order to get 60 'yes' votes in the Senate in order to get cloture on almost every bill he wants to be passed, and every nominee that he wants to get confirmed.

The GOP has been obstructing EVERYTHING the democrats want to do in the Senate.

You can't get anything at all done without the 60 votes, and we do not have 60 democratic senators in the Senate.

The Democrats and President Obama do NOT have a magic wand - the only way to get 'anything' is to try to work with the republicans.

8. Working with Rs is different than giving them more than what they were asking

for before the "negotiations" even begin.

And regarding the TP, why didn't he come out full force against all the lies about Death Panels etc... and who do you think is in Congress now, a lot of TPers got voted in. That's who the Rs are answering to and that's who Obama is ultimately caving to. Look at the debt ceiling debacle. Only crazy TPers would actually want to not vote that up, and Obama put SS and medicare on the table for them.
