clear on the other side of the country... I was half joking with hubby last night... if the Mexican Navy is on standby... the lowest level of alert, due to this... (They played a role during Katrina, as well as the Army, not that many Americans know about the furiegner help we got)

regime, with ARMED National Guardsmen everywhere for over a month, Obama is already wearing a cape with a big "O" on his chest in my eyes.

You'll never know until it happens to you how refreshingly Obama has been handling himself. People in harm's way don't need added misery; they're looking for assurance that they're not going to be abandoned.

that says Barack Obama President of the United States. It just always strikes me as humorous that 1) during crisis, someone still has time to do this and 2) who sitting at that table doesn't know this information already?

Of course I'll take this level of preparedness over Shrub's bungling anyday
