The book couldn't have been published without govt. clearance, for starters. Lots of low-level workers are involved in publishing a book...layout people, pressmen, editors, etc, etc...there are no "secrets" at this point. They're pretending that no one will have seen it until the day it hits Amazon. That's total bullshit. If there was something truly earth-shattering in there, someone would have leaked it by now. This "heads exploding" crapola is pure marketing hype, nothing more. Everyone on DU will recognize the shit that we've been posting here for years.

Powell's no good guy, but his endorsement of Obama created a rift between him and Republicans.
