Damn frightening - a school bus caught fire and exploded in Iowa - all safe.

CNN has the video on the front page. In a nutshell, the kids saw heavy smoke coming out of the wheel well and all managed to evacuate (including the driver, since they said nobody was injured). Then the thing exploded - engine, tires, etc.

Remember all of those bus evacuation drills we had to go through in school?

2. Any parent or guardian who puts their child on a school bus is crazy. Use the following search term

"Health hazards associated with diesel engine exhaust fumes." Read a few of the reports and I guarantee that you will take your child off the bus.

The driver got all the kids out safely. A fire started under the hood. Good thing the driver smelled the smoke before it caught fire.
