I wonder how well will this slamming on Obama and Democrats for saying corporations are not people will work out? Romney is doubling down on the Republican talking point that corporations are people too!

A week after his now-infamous "corporations are people" comment, Romney pushes back in a web ad (at about 1:12):

Businesses are comprised of people. I'm talking about repair shops, and gas stations, and beauty salons, and restaurants. I'm talking about Apple computer, Facebook and Microsoft. I'm talking about businesses that employ people. It's really astonishing to me that the Obama folks would try and argue that businesses aren't people. What do they think they are? Little men from Mars?

Well, the claim is that Romney was born 3 months before the Roswell incident. However, that cover story doesn't hold up.

Lawsuits and Contracts are people too. A device that gives people protection in the form of limited liability is not meant to be a person. It's crazy.

So anytime a corporation tries to stop an union from growing all the people that
are trying to stop the union should be arrested and tried in a court of law.

All mergers need to go through the courts. Can' just have them sign a piece of paper

The death penalty is applied for corporations. Seriously, as long as corporations enjoy all the rights of persons with immunity from the same punishments they will behave accordingly.
