Interesting timing: New Fears Over Sarah Palin's Stalker
Very interesting timing. I mean how can we hold Sarah accountable when she is being stalked?

New Fears Over Sarah Palin's Stalker

38 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

A man who's been legally ordered to stay away from Sarah Palin is causing a new wave of concern in Alaska -- after federal agents learned he plans to visit Sarah's home state in the very near future.

TMZ has learned ... 19-year-old Shawn Christy has told family members he plans to travel to Wasilla in the hopes of removing the restraining order issued against him last year after Sarah and her close friend Kristan Cole proved he sent them threatening emails and letters.

Now, Cole is launching a preemptive strike -- through the courts -- in the hopes of blocking Shawn from "dissolving" the restraining order.

Cole just filed new documents, obtained by TMZ, explaining how Shawn has continued to harass her and her family in the past few months ... and keeping the restraining order in place is essential to their safety.

Law enforcement sources tell us Shawn -- who lives in Pennsylvania -- has not been spotted in Alaska yet ... but he's already filed a motion to remove the protective order.

5. How do you know that the stalker is imaginary?
A stalker is a serious pain in the ass. My daughter had a restraining order against one for over a year. This fool continuously violated the restraining order and loved making my daughter's life miserable. She reported every violation to the police and the judge, but it seemed that he would never stop.

Eventually she reported a violation with several witnesses. I was one. The stalker was arrested and spent five weekends in jail and was fired by his boss. He appears to have learned his lesson.

My daughter has a concealed weapon permit and would have shot the fool if he had attempted to physically attack her. His harassment appeared to be increasing, so it's probably a good thing that the police finally arrested him.

The last thing my daughter wanted to do was to shoot her stalker. She would have if necessary.

11. My daughter had a stalker in
college. I don't joke about stalkers. They are to be taken very seriously.

4. I have seen this before
It's typical for people like Palin to try and turn herself into a "victim" instead of the instigator she really is. She can get all her fans to side with her, and I have already heard many on CSPAN calling in who are trying to blame it all on the left. If they can paint her as a "victim" or that her life is in danger, they hope they can get the media to stop pointing out her part in all of this.

10. Yep. Victimhood is one of the pillars of right wing
because they project their viciousness all over the place.

6. Thank goodness she has a stalker who keeps her well informed of his intentions. . .
we should all be so fortunate (especially at times when we truly need a diversion).

13. The price of celebrity is acquiring stalkers. Carrie
Fisher spoke of it, saying that the cast of Star Wars had all acquired interesting stalkers. I don't wish harm to Sarah from another nut case but she should have known that it goes with the territory.

14. Btw, people who are really concerned about a stalker never publicize it
while the situation is ongoing because real stalkers take that as a sign of encouragement.
