9. Wouldn't that be even more true for the yes votes?
After all, this an extremely crappy piece of legislation.

15. My 19 year old goddaughter has been in a mental hospital 15 or 16 times.
She has been busy canvassing, going door to door getting out the vote for Jennifer Shilling who is the Democrat running in the recall election here in Wisconsin against Senator Kapanke.

I'm sure that there are freepers who would say anyone doing what she does belongs in a mental hospital as well.

12. Doesn't matter since it won't pass the Senate and Obama said
he'd veto it if it did.

No Dems voted for it (if I'm understanding your question correctly)

11. Was the bill online 72 hours before the vote?
Remember that was one of the solemn pledges by the House Republicans last year. They weren't going to sneak through legislation that nobody had read, by golly! They were going to be transparent and above board and fully disclosing to the American people, they were.

Or is anyone going to bother to remember that?

27. I sent an email to Politifact.com yesterday
asking them to check to see if the bill was online for three days.
I reminded them that if it wasn't then it would be a GOP broken promise :)

29. Excellent work
It's one of those naggy little things the Republicans are more than happy to bring up against Democrats, particularly when they've been the ones to force something. We'll see if Politifact picks up on it, and if so, it will be mildly amusing to watch the Republicans struggle to explain how "this is different, see."

17. Bachmann has lost control of her House Teaparty Caucus

Here's a link to Bachmann's LONG Teaparty Caucus membership list:

http://bachmann.house.gov/News/DocumentSingle.aspx?DocumentID=199440

She wasn't able to get all her members to vote 'no', looks like more than half of them went with Boehner and not her!

24. This gives us a divide-and-conquer strategy.
Maybe those DUers who are in the districts of members of Bachmann's caucus, who voted "yes" on the Boehner bill, could do a little campaigning for a more extreme tea-party candidate next time around. This might split the tea-party vote enough that a more moderate Republican candidate wins, which might then keep enough of the tea partiers home on general election day that we win!

28. Of the 22 names in the OP list, NINE of them belong to the House Teaparty Caucus
Michele Bachmann heads the U.S. House Teaparty Caucus which has 60 members.
Only eight members voted along with Michele Bachmann casting a 'no' vote on Boehner's bill.

The NINE House Teaparty Caucus members that voted no were:
Bachmann, Brown, Duncan, Huelskamp, King, McClintock, Mulvaney, Walsh, and Wilson.

Bottom line, Bachmann has lost control of her TP Caucus :)
