In the long term the scheduled receipts don't meet the promised payments.

6. One of the things you are not considering is that the seniors
are among the richest demographics in the country.

I think the rich seniors should pay so that the poor seniors and poor children so be able to live.
I have no problem with making seniors pay if the seniors have high incomes or high assets.
