1. On a totally un-related subject, I'm going to be back east next week...
Will try to get my Bruins shirt then...last time I was back east was when they won it all and the stores had NOTHING!

NOWHERE in the 14th amendment does it give the PRESIDENT the power to bypass congress and pass his own budget. If he does, not only will the Supreme Court stop him, he will almost certainly lose the election.
