A Payroll Tax Cut or any breaks for 90% of Americans just gives more money to Corporations

In our home of one retiree and one unable to qualify for disability, every time we seem to get a break, it is undermined by rising prices in everything else.
The Corporations know when we get breaks and they just raise prices. I see in in health insurance, food and just about everything else. Including Corporate bonuses.
So if this is not addressed, I doubt it will help us.
