Rockefeller's "Bet"-NewsCorp Investigation Will Turn Up "Criminal Stuff"-"This Will Be Huge"
From AFP: ..................

But Rockefeller, a former Senate intelligence committee chairman, told reporters his "bet" was that an investigation would turn up "criminal stuff" and said his powerful committee "might" lead its own probe.

"This will be a huge issue," he said.

Rockefeller had called Tuesday for "the appropriate agencies" of the US government to probe whether alleged hacking by members of Murdoch's media empire extended to US citizens and warned of "severe" consequences.

"I am concerned that the admitted phone hacking in London by the News Corp. may have extended to 9/11 victims or other Americans. If they did, the consequences will be severe," said Rockefeller, a Democrat.

5. Here's my theory why they tapped 9/11 victim's phones
In case anyone in the towers witnessed what was REALLY going on inside the WTC on 9/11 -- FOX & Bu$hCo could then monitor that information to make sure the official story was never kneecapped.

Trying to think of other reasons they would spy on them for? Anyone?

8. You know what kind of info the mirror goes with right?
No, that was not the reason... lovely juicy info, purely.

Having dealt with a few yellow journalists... that does not even enter the calculation.

And yes it cost me a bottle of good whiskey to keep a story OFF the yellow paper...

15. I think the Republicans are going to realize that they have to distance themselves from Murdoch
and jump all over this. Faux News won't mention it of course, so this is going to be very interesting to watch.

What happens when Faux is afraid to let either Democrats or Republicans speak uncensored?
