So where's the video of this? Surely someone had a phone camera.

Confiscated by police? But surely, this was captured on a device, right?

1. There were only 20 or so people there
And all of them were potential targets after he shot Giffords, he was blazing away indiscriminately. If anyone had a camera phone, they probably didn't point it at Loughner.

2. With 19 people shot, I doubt anyone was standing around videoing w/their phone.

Shootings happen fast...and maybe someone was already rolling when this happened. No question if there is any video it's being held by Pima County Sherriff pending use in a trial. Things were hectic at the scene and still appear to be fluid so I'm not surprised that we're not seeing any pictures or even first hand accounts. If there's a video we shall see in due time. I'm in no hurry.

5. The sheriff was asked if there was a security camera footage.
He didn't answer. But I would guess there are videos.

9. True. I only thought of it when the sheriff said he didn't know who was shot first
I figured they must have video and should know who was shot first.

14. I am sure someone had a camera phone too. But if I was at an event and someone opened fire, I don't
think my first thought would be to whip out my phone and start video taping it. I would hit the deck and run for cover.

16. True there I guess. Maybe the very first moments before chaos set in.
I think it is more likely to have a staffer taping it or a security camera outside though.
